Looking to introduce your new grads to financial literacy and how to better manage their finances, caseload, and practice? I struggled with basics when I graduated, you can help your staff get off to a great footing!
Group sizes typically range from 3-20+ people. Sessions are one-hour in length and depending on the size of the team, will occur once to twice a week to account for different work schedules.
Frequency: 1-2x week (i.e. Monday afternoon and Thursday evenings)
Duration: ~1hour each session (Including Q & A)

Location: Virtually through Google Meet
After this course you should:
Have a better understanding of why your mindset is your most important asset
Determine what ‘retirement’ means to you and how to create goals to ‘retire’
Understand the importance of compound interest, investing early and often
Know basic financial/stock market/investment terms and concepts
Why investing is the only way to combat inflation and grow your net worth

Week 1: Mindset, Goal Setting, Budgeting (Personal, Home, Net Worth Statement), The Importance of Compound Interest and Compounding Good Will (Case Study/Examples)
Week 2: Types of Income (Employee-Sole Proprietor- Professional Corporation), Basic Tax Planning, Can You Rely on ‘Your’ Pension for Retirement?
Week 3: What is an RRSP/TFSA? Which is right for me? Factors that May Influence your First Home Purchase and What is Your Credit Score?
Week 4: Debts/ Liabilities/Assets, Spenders/Savers/Investors and How Inflation is Eroding your Wealth
